First time dining in, restaurant was buzzing with lunch patrons, fish tank greeting at the front of the entrance. Fresh tortilla station was kicking out tortillas by the dozen.. waitress was very welcoming, chips and salsa were fresh and warm, great flavor not hot at all..I did remove the top layer of water from the salsa, seemed to help and make it thicker.. Ordered the salsa egg platter with a side of bacon, the green salsa was delicious, mild. The red salsa was chipotle based and had roasted peppers, good smokey flavor. Will definitely revisit must try other menu items..

A friend recommended this restaurant and we came here to celebrate my father’s birthday. Such great service; the lady that served us came every once in a while to check on us , if we needed anything else. We got cups of water served, tortilla chips with salsa, more coffee poured into our cup, and then extra napkins! We tried their coctel de camarón mixto, tacos de carne asada, conejo en salsa verde, and the chivo in the plantain leaves (with tortillas hechas a Mano!). For drinks we had banana milkshakes, a Jamaica and horchata aguas frescas, agua mineral preparadas and everything was AMAZING! Todo estuvo sabroso! Muy rico,. Later on I mentioned about my fathers birthday and the servers brought him a flan and put on a sombrero hat on him and sang him “happy birthday /cumpleaños feliz” . My father felt very special ! Thank you for your great service! Muchas gracias por su hermoso servicio!

Neighborhood place serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Spanish is the default language, but this old gringo had no problems! Friendly staff, quick service. Has authentic 'fillings' (squash blossoms, corn smut) in addition to basic steak, pork, chicken, etc.

I been living the neighborhood for a long time and never bother to visit. I finally visited and I regret never coming in before and now I am definitely coming back. They have authentic Mexican food and hand made tortillas! I tried their baby eels which were amazing. They also had live DJ playing good music which made the place more enjoyable.
